EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Meet Cole, who manages IT Operations for our data center and oversees the monitoring and administration of our enterprise scheduling program. His team is responsible for installing/removing cabling and servers, maintaining inventory and monitoring temperature, humidity and power in the data centers. Cole’s favorite aspect of working at Delta Dental is the long-standing relationships he has forged with colleagues over his 19-plus years with the company. He also appreciates welcoming new faces and helping them become part of the Delta Dental family. For Cole, building healthy, smart, vibrant communities means providing resources and support where possible. From offering meals at a local food bank to delivering dental care or ensuring a stable career at Delta Dental, a little help can go a long way. Cole has remained with Delta Dental because of its commitment to the surrounding communities. He values the opportunities to give back, whether through charitable opportunities or participating in various volunteer events. Outside of work, Cole enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He's passionate about golf and helps coach a local varsity basketball team in the winter. Fun fact: Cole is a big fan of Jordan sneakers and owns 40 pairs, with plans to add a 41st to his collection soon!
