2024 Recap: A Milestone Year Before Turning 30 ? 2024 proved to be both a busy and rewarding year. Our focus on executing our buy & build strategy was at the forefront, and we’re proud to share that we capped off the year with a record number of twenty-seven add-on acquisitions to our existing portfolio companies.? ? Throughout the year, we prioritized team building and organized several events to strengthen collaboration. Additionally, we hosted multiple Summits in both the US and Europe, providing a platform for sharing best practices across our portfolio companies.? ? On the acquisitions front, we added two new platform companies, Northern Wholesale Supply LLC and Latite Roofing & Sheetmetal LLC - classic Sun Capital deals that give us the opportunity to partner with founders and management teams to drive operational improvements and long-term growth.? ? In July, we moved to a new office location in New York City, marking another milestone in our journey and ended the year completing four exits.? ? 2025 is off to a great start as we celebrate 30 years! We’ve already had a busy beginning to the year, having completed seven add-on acquisitions to our existing portfolio companies and hosting our 2025 Annual General Meeting and Senior Leadership Summit. ? To date, Anderson Global has completed eight add-on acquisitions that are key to accelerating the Group’s growth trajectory and enabling it to deliver even greater value to clients. Anderson Global is a platform in the corporate services and fund administration sector offering a comprehensive set of incorporation, registered agent and ancillary services covering the entire lifecycle of entities with +600 employees, 15 office locations across 6 countries and over 20 years of experience. ? These strategic acquisitions continue to expand Anderson Global's customer base, enhance its service offering and strengthen its international reach. ?? Fund Administration Kin Group is a tech-enabled provider of custodian, fund management and appointed representative services to UK-based venture capital funds. This acquisition will propel Anderson Global into the fund administration space. ?? HNWIs & Corporates @Active Bean Counter (ABC) offers accounting, bookkeeping and related financial and corporate services, primarily catering to high-net-worth individuals. This acquisition will help Anderson Global establish a shared service center in Dubai & India for mid-office (eg. tax and bookkeeping) and back-office functions (eg. Finance, IT, HR, marketing and compliance) designed to drive efficiencies and reduce costs, particularly in support of future bolt-on M&A.
