We believe better leaders equal stronger communities.
关于我们
Everything we do is rooted in the belief that Better Leaders Equal Stronger Communities. Our mission is to serve communities around the world with the love of Jesus Christ by creating relational hubs for connecting, consulting, coaching & caring. We provide 4 key services of Connecting, Consulting, Coaching & Caring to help leaders fulfill the mission God has called them to do. As we bring men and women together who share similar passions and visions with complementary gifts and resources, we are essentially functioning as the Body of Christ is intended to function. By continuing to build relationships among leaders in eight platforms of influence (Churches, The Arts, Education, Non-Profits & Ministries, Volunteer Force, The Media, Government, and Business/Professional), we will be able to respond to emerging opportunities in our region. Through these platforms, we can be more effective by collaborating together and coordinating our efforts to advance the Kingdom of God and ultimately impact the world for Christ.

?? Monday Motivation ?? “You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you.” — Maya Angelou Passion fuels excellence. When we align our work with what we truly love, success becomes a byproduct of dedication and joy. The most impactful leaders are those who pursue their calling with heart and purpose. This week, let’s focus on what drives us. What work excites you so much that you’d do it even if no one was watching? Let’s celebrate the power of passion in leadership! ?? #Leadership #Passion #MondayMotivation #PurposeDriven #Inspiration

Leadership is hard. The weight of responsibility. The challenge of making decisions that impact your team, your organization, and your community. The constant pressure to grow, adapt, and lead well. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by leadership, you’re not alone. At Summit Leadership, we believe leadership isn’t meant to be a solo journey. Leaders are at their best when they are connected - to other leaders, to shared wisdom, and to a trusted community that supports their growth. That’s why we’re here. We believe in the power of meaningful connections, intentional care, and shared learning. Whether through a conversation over coffee, a coaching session, or simply providing a place where leaders can be real with each other, we walk alongside those who are leading in businesses, nonprofits, and churches. You don’t have to carry the weight alone. Let’s go further, faster, together. ?? Reach out - we’d love to connect. #Leadership #Community #SummitLeadership #BetterTogether #GoFurtherFaster

?? Monday Motivation ?? “None of us got where we are solely by pulling ourselves up by our bootstraps. We got here because somebody – a parent, a teacher, an Ivy League crony or a few nuns – bent down and helped us pick up our boots.” — Thurgood Marshall Success is never achieved alone. Every success story is woven with the support of mentors, friends, and communities who invested in us along the way. No matter how far we’ve come, we all have someone to thank for lifting us up. This week, let’s take a moment to show gratitude to those who helped us along the way—and look for ways to lift others up in return. Who has made an impact in your journey? Tag them and share your appreciation! ?? #Leadership #Gratitude #MondayMotivation #Mentorship #Community
