What a Night! Over $330,000 raised while dreaming of a Kinder Kansas City ?? Illuminate the City 2025 was more than just a gala—it was a powerful statement. In a time when the futures of many vulnerable families hang in uncertainty, more than 325 guests came together to show that Kansas City stands for compassion, inclusion, and opportunity. This event was a chance to dream together about the kind of city we want to be—a city where newcomers are welcomed, families have the support they need to thrive, and generosity speaks louder than division. The overwhelming support from this night sends a clear message: every family deserves stability, dignity, and a place to belong. A huge thank you to our Illumination Sponsor, Polsinelli, and our Gala Chair, Pat Woolley, for championing this vision.
