---------------------------------------------------------- SUMMIT WELCOMES MATHEW TO SALES TEAM ---------------------------------------------------------- Summit Funding Group is pleased to announce that Jerry Mathew has joined its sales team as a Vice President, Middle Market Senior Account Manager, supporting client CapEx financing growth initiatives on the West Coast.   Jerry’s experience includes over 25 years in Corporate Finance and Engineering Consulting Services across the construction, manufacturing, food & beverage, agriculture, mining, transportation, and technology industries. His tenure also brings diverse expertise in Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Six Sigma, Marketing, and Environmental Health & Safety. Jerry is a Texas native, and attended the University of Texas at Austin and Drexel University in Philadelphia. Now a resident of California for 20+ years, he lives with his wife, three kids, and seven pets. Jerry is an active member of his church and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, reading, and traveling.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SUMMIT EXPANDS CAPITAL MARKETS TEAM WITH ADDITION OF BOB JOHNSON ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bob Johnson has joined Summit Funding Group as Vice President of Capital Markets. In this role, Bob will be responsible for developing and expanding Summit’s US investor base, network of funding sources, and will be leading Summit’s Canadian Capital Markets Strategy. Johnson brings 8 years of experience in the Equipment Finance industry including time with Element Fleet Management, Chain Asset Management (a GE Capital Spinoff), and Grupo Santander. Prior to joining the industry he began his career in a series of progressing Corporate Finance roles with worldwide coverage at IBM in Armonk, NY. Johnson has extensive experience working with a wide variety of investors and funding sources, supporting industries from material handling, construction, technology, marine, renewables and office and imaging. Bob and his wife live in a Northern New Jersey suburb of Manhattan. Bob enjoys spending time with family and friends, and living an active/outdoor lifestyle. His hobbies includes skiing, hiking, and triathlon training. Bob is also an amateur golfer and enjoys playing the occasional round of golf with business associates, investors, and friends.

---------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMIT WELCOMES TOM AUSTIN TO SALES TEAM --------------------------------------------------------------- Summit is pleased to announce that Tom Austin has joined our team as a Senior Account Manager, Middle Market.  In this role, Tom is responsible for developing and expanding business in the Southeastern United States. Tom has extensive experience working with a wide variety of industries, including construction, crane rental, waste and transportation industries. Tom notably brings over 35 years of experience in the equipment industry, most recently as a Vice President with Flagstar Financial & Leasing, and also at Ameris Bank. Tom also spent extensive time with Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation and with Associates Commercial Corporation. Tom graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, AL with a degree in Business Administration. He is a Florida native, and he and his  family have resided in Orlando since 2001. Tom is an avid sportsman and enjoys hunting and fishing with my 2 sons, playing golf and traveling.

The promotions of the individuals reflect their extraordinary leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to the ongoing success and growth of the company. Together they have an impressive average tenure of over 20 years, and this wealth of knowledge and expertise has been instrumental in helping to establish Summit as an industry leader. The four leaders who have been promoted to Executive Vice Presidents are: Karyn Bendure - EVP of Portfolio Management Mrs. Bendure began her career in equipment finance with Summit Funding in 1998. Throughout her career she has been an integral member of the accounting department and since 2003 has been extensively involved in pricing and portfolio management. Dan Hathcoat, EVP of Sales Mr. Hathcoat started his career in the leasing business in 1984 with Merchants National Bank and spent time with several finance companies, including Verizon Capital Bank of America Leasing, American Express Business Finance, and LEAF Commercial Capital. In 2006 he joined Summit to lead its newly formed vendor finance unit. In 2020 he was named Senior Vice President and currently leads the Summit sales team nationwide. Richard D. (Ricky) Ross, EVP of Capital Markets Mr. Ross has been with Summit since 2008 and began in documentation as a Transaction Manager, focusing on funding documentation and named Vice President. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in October 2016 and currently leads the Capital Markets division of Summit. Jeanette N. Dannenfelser Esq., EVP & General Counsel Mrs. Dannenfelser joined Summit in 2016 and was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel in 2017. She currently leads the compliance and all other legal matters for Summit. “Each of these individuals has shown remarkable performance, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to our company’s values and objectives.
