Yesterday afternoon, the JTA and Corner Lot Development celebrated the ribbon-cutting for ARTEA at Southbank, a $93 million luxury multifamily development that is part of our Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) program! What’s TOD? It’s a strategy that encourages the development of high-density, mixed-used projects built within close proximity to public transportation hubs or stations to enhance mobility and quality of life in Northeast Florida.
