  • Summit Development and Bluesky Management have commenced mass grading at the Wildomar Commerce Center site which is just north of Temecula.?This site is located one mile east of the Clinton Keith interchange with the I-15 freeway in the extremely business friendly city of Wildomar.?We acquired the site in December 2023 and have been hard at work securing all approvals needed to commence work. The industrial portion of the site is approximately 19 acres and contains three (3) buildings which are 65,000 square feet, 100,000 square feet and 100,000 square feet.?All buildings are divisible and can accommodate tenant sizes from 12,000 to 50,000 square feet.?Our goal is to commence construction in fourth quarter 2024 if not sooner.
