Summit Development and Bluesky Management have commenced mass grading at the Wildomar Commerce Center site which is just north of Temecula.?This site is located one mile east of the Clinton Keith interchange with the I-15 freeway in the extremely business friendly city of Wildomar.?We acquired the site in December 2023 and have been hard at work securing all approvals needed to commence work.
