We are excited to share that we broke ground today on our new affordable housing project in Winamac, IN. We are thrilled to announce our latest development project - Willow Creek Villas! This transformative affordable multifamily housing project is set to break ground in Winamac, IN, marking a significant milestone for Pulaski County. Willow Creek Villas, featuring 34 units across five buildings, will be the first affordable housing project in Pulaski County that will be available for residents of all ages, addressing the critical need for affordable housing while fostering community growth and sustainability. In November, we partnered with leading developers to bring 416 new affordable homes to seven states, providing families and seniors with clean, safe, and affordable housing. These communities represent $118.8MM in equity closed and will generate 520 local jobs, creating lasting impact nationwide. Notably, 6 of the 7 developments (86%) included MWBE participation, highlighting the importance of engaging a wide range of contributors in housing development.
