Shoutout to our rockstar of the month, Cody Berreth! ?? ? Cody is a quiet but hard working guy at night for those of you that don’t know much about him that is a rock on the flat station and sets the example from a cleanliness standpoint. In the last couple months Cody began leading some closes to help us out in the wake of a couple of key members of the team in back leaving. He has also worked to help train every volume PM flat cook we have because of his excellent demeanor and attention to detail. I’ve never seen Cody in a bad mood and his sense of humor is greatly appreciated by his teammates. Every member of kitchen leadership since Cody started working here has referenced Cody as one of their guys and has talked about how much the rely on and appreciate Cody.
