Not all holes are created equal, but the burrs inside still need to be removed. Even angled holes. And deep holes. Cross holes too, as well as threaded holes. Sugino's JCC 104 4+1 has a hollow 2-axis tilting rotary table with an open bottom. This indexing 4+1 axis control deburrs on all 6 surfaces of the workpiece, including the mounting surface, allowing easy access to oblique holes and ribs. This allows high-pressure water of up to 50 MPa to deburr areas where tools can’t reach, like cross holes, deep holes, and steps.
