Where Youth Become Leaders (6) Days Overnight, (24) High Schools Represented, (1) Goal… Successteam Leadership Academy, the annual member orientation for Successteam Youth Council, is open to High School Students, Rising Grades, 9th - 12th geared toward Soft Skill Development, Workforce Development, College Readiness, Community Outreach, and Leadership Development. Since 2015, we’ve been Making A Difference in the Lives of Our Youth providing exposure opportunities for scholars to be welcomed into an ecosystem of support en route to accomplishing their dreams & goals. Class of 2024 ??

Reflecting at my son’s graduation today on a recent site visit with Successteam Foundation for Youth Development and a lesson I plan to share with him: fail forward. The commencement speaker that capped off this years Youth Council programming challenged students to fail…because if you never failed, you haven’t truly tested the limits of your ability and, let’s be honest, we aren’t always good the first time or at everything we try and our youth could benefit from learning this early on.
