Supporting early career individuals become next generation leaders.
关于我们
Success Cohorts supports our next generation of leaders from historically underrepresented communities. We provide belonging, coaching, resources, and the tools to help level the playing field for early career success. We take members through a rigorous and tested curriculum using a cohort to create a team atmosphere and 1:1 meetings for individual support. This includes twelve (12) 90-minute sessions with cohort members and monthly one-to-one meetings with their coach. Coaches are successful first-generation college graduates, working parents, and/or BIPOC with 4+ years of work experience. The curriculum includes: 1) Examining who you are and how you work, 2) Evaluating your job and your performance, 3) Developing the soft skills that lead to success, 4) Determining your career plan and how to achieve it Our pilot program is underway in partnership with the College Success Foundation. We are grateful for their 20-years of experience to advise us.

"I remember a defining moment in 7th grade when my teacher asked me to stop talking in class. Boldly, I invoked my right to freedom of speech, insisting I would not be silenced. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the deeper implications of my defiance, but that passion to speak out, to make my voice heard, has only intensified over the years." Allison Spooner, Success Cohorts alumni and panelist at Gates Foundation Discovery Center on Oct 10 wrote a blog post about how civic engagement has always been a part of her life. That quote is but a snippet of all she has to say. Read it to be inspired, to get engaged, and motivated to hear her again on Oct 10! https://lnkd.in/gmsS6Jng

DON'T MISS OUT on personalized Coaching, Community, and Career Development. There are still spaces available for the Sep 10-Nov 26 Success Cohorts Community #8. It's free for members. The application only takes 10 minutes to complete. Our purpose is to level the playing field for early career individuals from underrepresented communities.
