    Attracting and hiring top-tier leaders is an ongoing challenge for organizations across industries. On average, it takes four to six months to fill an executive role and lengthy hiring processes can significantly impact business operations and growth. Additionally, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that the employment of top executives will grow by 6% between 2023 and 2033. This translates to approximately 343,800 new executive roles annually, outpacing the average growth of most occupations.
