As summer internship plans finalize, so too does the need for short-term housing solutions. Most college students who live off-campus don't plan on living near their college in the summer and need to sublet out their rooms – often at a discount to avoid paying rent on an empty room. On the flip side many students with internships flock to cities – NYC, Boston, San Francisco, etc, and typically need housing just for the summer but are met with crazy short term rental prices.
