Last month, we ran our first StyleBlueprint quarterly business outlook survey to our local clients and small businesses in?EO Nashville, and the results were surprising. About one-third of respondents said they are growing, a third holding steady, and a third reported smaller revenues than a year ago. While not a huge sample size, it reflects what we are seeing right now—a "situational recession." Our national GDP is rising, but that doesn't mean it's an even distribution, particularly with local businesses. As the holidays approach, I'm thinking about any way possible to personally help great small businesses in our community and be extra kind when tempers are easily flared. We are all in this together. It's been said a thousand times: local businesses are the backbone of our nation. Happy to make this 1001! #supportlocal
