In this edition of "Project Showcase," we're highlighting our liquid automation solution at Cooperative Producers, Inc. in Hastings, Nebraska. The CPI facility features a tank farm for liquid fertilizer, along with indoor bulk chemical storage. Product is received via a 30-car rail receiving area and by truck via two bays. The system features the latest liquid metering design to provide loadout flexibility and accurate blending for liquid fertilizer and ag chemical products. After-hours dispensing is available with 24/7 unstaffed operation with keypad entry for secure building access. The automation control system processes orders from the agronomy interfaces and manages all data associated with plant operation.
