Quality Engineer Dalton Waterbury is always thinking about how the data we collect can be scaled to our testing, expanding how we look at quality beyond straightforward analyzation. A valued member since 2018, Dalton’s work played a key role in the launch of 2023’s Forza Motorsport, named the best Sports/Racing game at the 2023 Game Awards. “I really enjoy that there is no right answer,” Dalton said. “If you can think of a way we can do something better, you can go for it. I can always try to move the needle and help improve our processes.”
