Known for his unmistakable laugh, his love of plane rides, and his winter heroics (he’s the guy who digs everyone's car out of the snow each year), Trifon is also an absolute tech whiz. He sets up the gear, dials in the mix, and keeps things running smooth start to finish. Whether it’s audio or video, you can always count on him to go above and beyond to give clients an amazing experience. This week at NVIDIA GTC, Boston Dynamics presented our research into how their latest-generation Atlas robot could be used to transform the future of content production, while also exploring how NVIDIA Cosmos?, a generative AI platform for robotic systems, enables synthetic training data to help robots navigate production shoots. From filming in hard-to-reach places and extreme conditions, to creating perfectly repeatable and high-angle shots, we’re excited to see what might be possible in production and virtual production of tomorrow, using state-of-the-art Canon (Canon EMEA, Canon USA) Cinema Camera and Lenses. Fun fact! Before Studio C became the versatile space it is today, it was a green screen studio for a local news station. In fact, it was the same studio where the one and only, Al Kaprielian, delivered his iconic weather reports from! Another fun fact is that when our CEO, Tim Messina, first showed his children around the Studio Lab building, this was their favorite space. So, when Tim decided to rebuild it, he transformed it into a multi-functional space designed for fast, easy setup in three unique configurations: white cyclorama, blackout, and you guessed it, green screen. Studio C has many features that make it perfect for photography, interviews, headshots, video production, and other creative projects.
