Based in New York City and Miami, our studio is a network of designers, strategists, developers, writers, and image-makers that come together around our client’s specific needs. We do this by taking a holistic approach that considers the entire brand experience. Distilling the authentic story and identifying ways to connect and infuse it across all touchpoints that customersrelate to, engage with and share with others. Founder James Sanderson started the business on the premise that we have entered a new era for the real estate industry. An industry once dominated by low-cost capital, bricks-and-mortar square footage, and insider information has become more flexible, transparent, digital, and brand-driven. Over the past ten years, we have been fortunate enough to work with developers, architects, and cities, leading the way in urban transformation and creating new benchmarks in residential and branded development with new levels of service and innovation.
