Wrapping up another project at Marriott’s Harbour Point. Amazing 3rd cycle soft goods transformation for a 40 year old property with lots of little hidden gems. After many years of planning, it was great to see the fruits of our labor with Studio Partnership , Coleman Partners Architects, LLC , S&A Industries, Inc , and many more contractors, manufacturers and subs. This might have been the toughest project I have been a part of, but “the juice is in the squeeze”! Highlights included all new main bathrooms, luxury plank flooring, TV walls with electric fire places, seating, window treatments, art and lighting. #renovations #hotelrenovations #resortrenovations #projectmanagememt
