Restaurants are a common shared space that require attention to acoustical finishes for a positive customer experience. We had the pleasure of working with Rothschild Doyno Collaborative and Studio K Creative for Alta Via located at Market Square in downtown Pittsburgh. We provided room acoustic goals and recommendations to control reverberation in the main dining and lower-level private dining spaces. We also reviewed mechanical noise in detail to make sure that the noise levels were comfortable in the dining space. This dining space has an amazing interior design and a wonderful auditory environment thanks to everyone who worked on this project!

Yesterday, we closed on the sale of the first $1,000,000 residential lot in South Dakota history at Deer Mountain Village. Deer Mountain Village is a one of a kind 660 acre luxury mountain top community in Lead, South Dakota. We have spent the last 3 years planning, entitling, and completing horizontal infrastructure. Now with our clubhouse and first homes under construction, the community is coming to life. Each group has been instrumental in helping us craft the vision and ensure Deer Mountain Village is authentic and timeless. Residential real estate has become increasingly expensive in the Mountain West, and out of reach for many families. Deer Mountain Village is the perfect alternative. We are selling lots for $424,000-$1,500,000 compared to similar properties in the Rockies, with fewer amenities, where prices range from $1,300,000-$10,500,000. The average cost for a lot in Jackson, Breckenridge, Lake Tahoe, Ketchum, and Park City is around $3,000,000 per acre and Aspen is above $10,000,000.
