Studio G Architects, INC was thrilled to design two 150,000-square-foot, market-ready properties for a confidential technology client. Our client's goal was to renovate the space to foster renewed connections and provide environments that support the evolving nature of work. The project features a diverse range of work points, including micro kitchens, coffee bars, lounge and collaborative areas, various booth seating options, and traditional workstations. Our design incorporates hospitality elements and a rich color palette to create a warm and inviting atmosphere with plenty of natural light. Studio G Architects, INC was excited to design two 150,000-sf market-ready properties for a confidential technology client. The first project, located at 4401 Great America Parkway, features six floors with a welcoming common lobby, branded elevator lobbies, restroom cores, open office areas, and a café/all-hands space next to an outdoor amenity area. On the sixth floor, you’ll find a coffee bar next to an outdoor balcony, perfect for meetings or relaxation. Our design incorporates hospitality elements and a rich color palette to create a warm and inviting atmosphere with plenty of natural light. The second building, at 4301 Great America Parkway, is currently in the design development stage and will have a similar scope, including the potential addition of a café and fitness center.
