Exciting update from Wellfleet! Construction is well underway on the Residences at Lawrence Hill - foundations, walls and footings are complete at the Upper Village buildings A&B (townhouses), and at Building J in the Lower Village (elevator building), foundation footings are in progress. Site drainage continues to be installed across the site. We're thrilled to be working with Community Development Partnership and Preservation of Affordable Housing on this transformative project that will bring much needed housing to Wellfleet. Exciting progress in the fight for affordable housing on Cape Cod! The Maurice’s Campground master planning in Wellfleet is moving forward, bringing much-needed housing options to support year-round residents and workers. This innovative project is a vital step toward addressing the housing crisis on the Cape, fostering a stronger, more sustainable community for generations to come. Gail recently caught up with Grady Culhane of CapeCod.com to talk about last month's Maurice’s Campground community meeting, where our team heard fantastic input from Wellfleet residents about their vision for the site. Our next steps include identifying the community's top priorities and creating guidelines for the site's future development.
