PolyAI → Digital Experience PolyAI teamed up with Studio Freight to create a digital experience that captures the frustration of traditional customer service automation. The result? Looped: A Customer Service Nightmare—a maze-like horror game where players battle endless hold music, menu loops, and dead-end responses. As you navigate the nightmare, hints reveal how PolyAI’s lifelike AI transforms these interactions into something smooth and seamless. Our team handled the in-game copy, maze design, and creepy characters, bringing the frustration of old-school automation to life—only to show how PolyAI puts an end to the madness.
