This week we're visiting the Gas Worx site, a project we're excited to be part of with KETTLER. This 50-acre development will bring 5,000 new residences and retail spaces to the edge of Ybor City, extending toward Channelside. The area has a rich history, once a vibrant hub for Tampa’s Afro-Cuban community in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The name "Gas Worx" reflects its past as the site of a gas storage facility that was a local landmark. Our role in the project?
