This past weekend, we celebrated the grand opening of Pflugerville's newest Multi-Sport Court at Stone Hill Park!?? Thanks to a forward-thinking partnership with the 4ATX Foundation and Pflugerville Parks and Recreation our community now has a first-of-its-kind innovative court equipped with a unique self-rising goal system for soccer, basketball and inline hockey. The mural ‘Momentum,’ designed by Emily Eisenhart and installed by Jana Swec, adds a splash of color and energy to this space where pfamilies can gather, play and enjoy all things sport. In partnership with the City of Pflugerville, we are hosting the 2024 Park(ing) Day in Downtown Pflugerville! Come join us, all are welcome! When? Friday, September 20th, 2024 from 10 AM - 2 PM Where? The Best Little Plaza in Texas (100 E. Main Street, Pflugerville, TX) What? Park(ing) Day is an opportunity to show our communities how turning a simple parking space into public green space energizes our towns and creates positive social and environmental impact. We will have giveaways, refreshments, and more! Stop by to enter to win a native plant demonstration garden that you can plant at your own home! The City of Pflugerville is also participating in a fun Bioblitz challenge to see how many pollinator and native species can be documented through the month of September. For every species identified through the iNaturalist app, Studio 16:19 will donate to the Pflugerville Animal Shelter!
