380 Millburn Avenue is a site to be seen! Studio 1200 visited our project in the heart of downtown Millburn. The design for this mixed-use project centers around two intersecting masses, one light and one dark, with contemporary/industrial accents that tie the two together. Sure to enhance an already thriving downtown.

Studio 1200 is thrilled to be the architect and designer for NJM Insurance Group's new headquarters - another great collaboration with Rock Brook.
Rock Brook is providing MEP engineering design services for NJM Insurance Group's new headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. The move to 1 Sylvan Way is part of what’s known as The Arbors @ Parsippany, where Onyx has added amenity spaces such as a high-end 5,200-square-foot fitness center, three cafes, conference facilities, outdoor dining areas and recreational spaces. Rock Brook is working alongside Studio 1200 for this project. RE-NJ reported on the story in the link to article below.
