we're excited to announce our 54th C-Suite: Sunil Rosen, Yevheniia Kolomoiets, and Stefan Awaida! a huge congratulations to the team and the exciting year ahead!

On behalf of The Corp’s 53rd Board of Directors and our greater community, I want to express our immense appreciation to President DeGioia. As Georgetown’s longest-serving President of 23 years, President DeGioia has left a remarkable legacy on the University. Of the many qualities that made him a special leader and figure, the one that I would like to highlight is his unwavering commitment to students. One of the numerous ways this quality manifested itself was through his continued friendship and support of the Corp. The Corp has had the pleasure of serving President DeGioia since he was a student. Even if his favorite service Cone Zone is no longer around, we had the continued privilege of receiving his support throughout his career within Georgetown. From playing an integral part in letting Corp Travel charter flights and buses when the Men’s Basketball team made the Final Four, facilitating the Corp’s move to the Leavey Center, to speaking at our 50th anniversary and meeting annually with Corp leadership teams as President. His support for our organization and student-led initiatives is something that we have long cherished and never taken for granted. President DeGioia’s support has allowed us to realize and redefine our mission of Students Serving Students for generations, and for that, we will forever be grateful to him. We wish President DeGioia and his family all the best as he continues his recovery. We look forward to supporting him in his next chapter and celebrating his unprecedented tenure as President. this september, we celebrated thirty years of coffee services, marking the 30th birthday of UG! as we look back at the hard work of all our corpies, past and present, we want to thank every service member that helped us expand our mission and bring coffee and more to the georgetown community. to celebrate, we welcomed back UG alumni and partnered with catering to launch two limited edition products: a mocha cake pop and birthday cake. with the help of lauinger library, we invited corpies to a retrospective exhibit of our historic archives to show how much our services have grown since our founding. here's to the past thirty years, and many more decades to come!
