This week, students from The Young Women’s Leadership School (TYWLS) of Manhattan stepped into the world of #finance at Apollo Global Management, Inc. at our signature ‘TYWLS at the Workplace’ event! From listening to an inspiring employee panel to engaging in breakout sessions to going on an office tour, students explored career pathways in?#financialservices?and heard invaluable advice from Apollo professionals. The SAID Project is a nonprofit that brings performing arts resources & experiences to NYC public school students! Through workshops and panels with The SAID Project, students at The Young Women’s Leadership School (TYWLS) of Brooklyn have had the unique opportunity to learn all about the world of theatre! Last fall, they even attended a special event led by TV host Michael Strahan for actress Keke Palmer’s book launch at the iconic Apollo Theater in NYC, where they got the opportunity to meet Keke Palmer.
