StuartCo Career Development Day was a hit once again! ? Every year, we bring our entire team from all 30 properties in MN and WI together for a day dedicated to professional growth. This year's theme, "The Heart of StuartCo: Building Strong Teams, Building Stronger Communities" was celebrated at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The day kicked off with an inspiring keynote by April Lewis, followed by five breakout sessions where team members chose topics tailored to their career paths. A thank you to our amazing speakers: Anna Klimmek, Dave Cornell, Kit Welchlin, M.A., CSP, Tom Kendhammer, and Joel Crosby, Rachel McDermand & Carissa Bruce from Rent. Each session was filled with valuable insights, tangible and practical tips, and strategies to help us grow both individually and as a whole team. We wrapped up the day with a fun happy hour!
