Watch as we bring an architectural masterpiece to life with a monumental double-helix staircase built for RealPage’s 420,000 SF headquarters in #RichardsonTX. ???????? ???????? ???? ??????????: ? 120,000+ lbs. of bent tube steel, crafted by the only vendor in the country capable of bending tube steel of this size on two axes. ? A 27-foot pier installed within an existing building, supported by a spider crane to maneuver massive steel pieces through tight spaces. ? Back in 2013, we brought this 45,000 SF, two-floor Class "A" office space to life with a focus on innovative design and functionality. Highlights include: ? Open acoustical cloud ceilings combined with exposed Bomanite floors to create a seamless, natural look. ? Reclaimed antique pine wood in the elevator lobbies, salvaged from a historic cotton company in Galveston. ? Acid-washed concrete columns to add a sleek, industrial touch. ? Stem-mounted LED directional lighting the enhance energy efficiency. Our team delivered a stunning, #LEED-certified space that perfectly blends innovation and sustainability.
