Patients with back pain that present with radiculopathy and foot drop can prove to be tricky cases. This series of case studies examined the effects of dry needling (piston technique) on the infra-inguinal motor point + a rehab program to aid in restoring the ability to heel walk and for the patients to return to work. The results were positive in restoring function, however, this treatment should be considered after conservative treatment has been exhausted.
