Structor Group recently completed a first-generation interior build Ambulatory Surgery Center. This 10,368 square foot facility includes two operating rooms, five preop bays, five PACU bays, clean equipment storage, and soiled holding areas. Additionally, the project features a 350kva generator for emergency backup power. Our dedicated team delivered this project ahead of schedule and under budget. Guided by insights from Emory’s clinicians and staff, this 60,000-square-foot facility offers primary care, orthopaedics, cardiology, physical therapy, and more— all crafted to enhance patient access and streamline care delivery. Emory at Dunwoody is poised to serve up to 350,000 patients annually, a testament to Emory’s commitment to meeting the community’s healthcare needs with forward-thinking solutions.
