This moment is incredibly meaningful to me because I believe deeply in the pet care industry—and in the power of technology to help business owners, their teams, and the pets they care for thrive.With over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, I’ve spent the past few years immersed in pet care. Most recently, as COO at Destination Pet, I led field and corporate operations while integrating more than 100 pet care and veterinary centers. Through countless conversations with business owners, associates, and customers, I saw firsthand the frustrations and limitations of existing software platforms—and how those gaps ultimately affect our pets. The Struck Capital, Struck Studio, and Struck Crypto teams joined together this week in Palm Springs for a wonderful retreat full of team bonding, outdoor excursions, and meaningful conversations. With an expanding team, it was an intentional time to get to know each other and reset as we head into the second half of an amazing year.
