    It all started with a LinkedIn Message to AARON HARRIS …and just over 4 years later, we have completed construction on California’s newest Dutch Bros Coffee located in King City. When we tied up this 4.4 Acre site in 2019, we immediately saw its potential as a Dutch Bros location. The market was untapped, and with its excellent visibility from Highway 101 and proximity to the exit, it checked all the right boxes. Dutch Bros was a great partner in the development as we worked through the process of subdividing the site into 3 separate legal parcels.
