We are excited to share that Strobel Fabrication has been awarded the fabrication of a Process Skid for a strategic Client of ours. Strobel Fabrication has partnered with our Client, as a “preferred vendor”, to fabricate and assemble a mechanical pump skid to be complete and FAT by mid October, 2024. The receipt of free issue equipment (Client furnished), development of shop fabrication drawings, and procurement of structural/mechanical commodities has started!

Planning (Daily Goal Cards) and listening to pinch points from the crews and project leadership was very productive this week. Removing rocks in the road and resourcing available work front properly, positively influenced production and morale! It was very satisfying to be a part of the brainstorming, vision, and teamwork. An empowered work force, that is encouraged to provide feedback on the plan and efficiencies, is gaining traction! #PlanningFocus #EmpoweredWorkforce #StrongLeaders
