It’s been a while. We haven’t posted about StretchYo in over a year. And for the last 4 months, we stepped away completely— To travel, reflect, and ask the hard questions. Some of those questions came from YC-backed founders who generously mentored us. They didn’t give answers. They made us think deeper. What are we really building? And why? What came through was clear: We don’t need another app. We need a movement. Something that evolves with us, not just optimizes us. So… we’re back. With a new name. A new soul. Meet Sangatha—Evolve Together. A platform for: Mindful habits Conscious connection And sacred tech that supports your inner work We’ve also built something special: Ätmaveda — a Vedic knowledge LLM. Think GPT, but trained on ancient spiritual texts. It doesn’t just give answers. It offers insight. And the tech behind it? We call it Agentic AI: Your body acts The brain (LLM) reflects You choose—fully present, fully alive This is for the seekers. The quiet changemakers. The ones building a better world from the inside out. If that’s you, join us: https://lnkd.in/gQ58_zSJ Let’s evolve—together.

Steve Jobs says, "If you want to hire great people and have them stay working for you, you have to let them make a lot of decisions, and you have to be run by ideas, not hierarchy. The best ideas have to win; otherwise, good people don't stay." At StretchYo, we have adopted the same mindset. We celebrate ideas and run by it. It's about mind, body, and soul connection and we practice them every day. One of the best things about working with a great team is that you come up with great ideas and find the best way to put them into action. Since ancient times, we have used tools to develop ourselves, from plowing our fields to smart phones to make phone calls to distant parents. Technology has always transformed our lives. However, if we don't align its direction properly, this very tool can cause us trouble. A fire can cook our food, but at the same time, it can burn our house. It depends on how well we can handle the tool. Taking this ancient wisdom into our heart with scientific enquirer mind coupled with modern tech. We are here to make this transformation fun. Without fun, there's no joy, and without joy, what else is there in life to explore? PS: discussion about the new upcoming big release of our app. It will be out next week. Stay tuned!

Focus is crucial during the creative process. The conscious mind sets a goal, and if it does not maintain consistent focus, the goal will remain unachieved. The subconscious mind can often disrupt or confuse the conscious mind with conflicting signals. Every time you notice, that you are drifting away from your focus, you are prompted to be sincere with yourself about your true aspirations. Gather any dispersed energy from your subconscious and concentrate on your objective. You are remarkable and capable, even though the world may have taught you otherwise. Now is the moment to align your inner and outer realities, making your intentions and focus crystal clear. . . . #focus #personaldevelopment #growthmindset #stretch_yo #mentalhealth

Breath is the unsung hero of our existence, often overlooked in the hustle of daily life. James Nestor, in his book Breath, points out that we've strayed from our natural way of breathing—deeply from the diaphragm. Instead, modern diets and lifestyles have reshaped our bodies, often leading us to shallow breaths that barely scrape the surface of our lungs. It’s ironic, isn’t it? In an age where we can modify everything from our phones to our faces, we've forgotten how to tweak the most basic life function. Maybe it’s time to remember that the best upgrades don’t always come with a price tag, but from going back to basics—like simply taking a deep breath. . . . #stretch_yo #breathwork #consciousness #yoga #pranayama

Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by the relentless onslaught of modern-day stressors? You're not alone. According to the CDC, a staggering 42% of students report persistent feelings of sadness and hopelessness, while nearly 29% struggle with poor mental health. Stress has become the unwelcome norm, infiltrating every aspect of our lives and leaving us feeling drained and disconnected. But what if I told you that there's a simple, yet profoundly powerful solution that lies at the intersection of ancient wisdom and cutting-edge neuroscience? A solution that doesn't require expensive therapies or life-altering changes, but merely a shift in perspective and a few mindful practices. Enter the transformative world of breathwork – a potent tool that has stood the test of time across countless spiritual traditions, and now finds validation in the realm of modern science. Studies have shown that conscious breathing practices can directly influence the vagus nerve, a vital neural pathway that connects the brain to the body's relaxation response. By harnessing the power of our breath, we can effectively counteract the physiological effects of stress, restoring balance, clarity, and a profound sense of inner peace. Moreover, breathwork is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the mind-body connection. Ancient practices like yoga, meditation, and Qigong offer a holistic approach to well-being, cultivating resilience and equipping us with the tools to navigate life's challenges with grace and equanimity. Neuroscientists have discovered that these practices can literally reshape the structure of our brains, enhancing regions associated with emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness, while reducing activity in areas linked to anxiety and rumination. But perhaps most importantly, these ancient modalities remind us of a fundamental truth: that we are not merely victims of circumstance, but co-creators of our reality. By consciously choosing to prioritize self-care, mindfulness, and a holistic lifestyle, we reclaim our power and forge a path towards lasting well-being and inner fulfillment. So, let us embrace this convergence of ancient wisdom and modern science, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Let us breathe deeply, move mindfully, and cultivate the resilience that will not only help us navigate the stresses of today but pave the way for a more vibrant, connected, and purposeful tomorrow. And if you want more ancient wisdom's insight and modern neuroscience tips to conquer stress and reclaim your inner peace, then visit our page and hit follow. . . . ?#lifechangingtransformation #stressmanagement #mentalhealth #mindfulnesscommunity #yogalife #qigonghealing #vagusnerveactivation #brainhealth #stretch_yo #StretchYo #breathwork #pranayama
