It is a great time for placemaking and fun in Downtown Jamaica! A couple of weeks ago, we hosted our first Trick-or-Streets Halloween event in partnership with New York City Department of Transportation and Street Lab! We reclaimed the 165th St Mall pedestrian space from vehicles and had a truly spooktacular event with great weather, donuts, cider, hot cocoa, treats, bubbles, music, arts and crafts, mobile library, photo booth, and live dancing that were enjoyed by all! ??? ? #downtownjamaica #jamaicaqueensny #jamaicany #halloween #trickorstreets #streetlab
