    Loyalty that’s?'un-boo-leaveable': How can brands keep their consumers past the talking stage ?? Brand loyalty isn’t just a passing crush - it’s a full-on commitment. Our latest Streetbees research dives into what makes consumers swipe right on brands and what keeps them coming back for more. We spoke to over 13,000 consumers across 16 global markets, and here’s what we learned from the open-text responses and photos we collected: ??Integrity is everything.?A striking 72% of consumers value integrity and honesty above all else, with compassion and empathy trailing at 44%. ???Quality keeps them loyal.?A massive 71% of respondents say high-quality products are the reason they stick around. ???First impressions still matter.?When asked how they discovered their go-to brands, 20% credited family, while in-store experiences and word-of-mouth tied at 16%. ???Cheating starts with slipping standards.?Price increases (15%), declining product quality (16%), or a competitor offering something more innovative (13%) would make consumers switch brands. ???Going green is a growing deal.?While product quality leads, 36% of consumers now factor social and environmental issues into their purchasing decisions.
