Survivors of human trafficking are using their former accounts to help disrupt online buyers through TI. By doing so, they’re redeeming their past and turning it into a powerful tool for change. Not only are they protecting others, but they are also helping those involved in trafficking access resources for change. In their words, this is about reclaiming their voices, finding purpose, and reshaping their future.??

The average length of exploitation for victims of all ages is 12 years. This staggering statistic sheds light on the long-term trauma faced by victims of human trafficking. Ending trafficking requires more than awareness; it requires sustained effort, demand reduction, resources, and support for those affected. Let’s continue working together to help survivors rebuild their lives!

At Street Grace, we are thrilled to support Florida Senate Bill 682, a critical step toward reforming child protective services and ensuring that the voices of vulnerable children are heard. This bill is focused on protecting youth by ensuring that interviews with DCF workers are conducted with care, minimizing trauma, and preserving crucial evidence of trafficking by recording the interactions. SB 682 is a vital safeguard for children at risk, helping to hold those working with them accountable while ensuring their safety and well-being during the investigative process. This bill is an exciting move forward for Florida in protecting youth and preventing trafficking.
