Delay in claims resolution is costly to both sides due to increased litigation expense, legal fees, accumulation of additional damages, etc. The moment of resolution may be delayed for a number of reasons, some of which are unavoidable (e.g. time spent evaluating the merits of the claim). However, we found that the most significant post-evaluation delay is caused by posturing: parties making unrealistic offers and demands, naturally hoping to anchor the negotiation closer to their unrealistic number or out of fear that they may leave money on the table. For centuries, posturing has been an inherent and expected strategy used by negotiating parties. But just as technology has drastically improved nearly all aspects of life and business, it is now time for it to make its mark on the negotiation process. Enter StreamSettle: a simple, risk-free software solution that eliminates the incentive to posture, resulting in substantial savings to insurers and claimants. Check out the video to learn more!

Risk-free, triple-blind deal detector currently focused on our first vertical: disputed insurance claims.
关于我们
StreamSettle is the most significant technological advancement of the negotiation process to date. The Problem. The current negotiation process is hindered by posturing—carriers offering less than what they would be willing to pay, and/or a claimant demanding more than what they would be willing to accept. Ultimately, posturing significantly delays resolution of claims, increases litigation expenses, allows for the discovery and accumulation of additional damages, and almost always results in a lose-lose negotiation. The Solution. StreamSettle eliminates the incentive to posture by permitting parties to trustlessly submit confidential offers or demands that remain secret to everyone except the submitting party (i.e. a claimant cannot see the amount offered and the insurer cannot see the amount demanded). StreamSettle’s patent pending software compares the values of the most recent offer and demand in a manner that keeps the submissions secret to everyone—even StreamSettle—ensuring that only the submitter actually knows the amount of their submission. As soon as an offer is submitted that is no less than the current demand (or when a demand is submitted for no more than the current offer), each side receives an email notifying the parties that the claim is settled at the midpoint between the most recent offer and demand. In order to further streamline resolution, the settlement notification email also includes fully executed settlement documents. The goal is for your file to be nearly closeable upon settlement.

While the Global Insurance Accelerator's upcoming 100-Day Program doesn't officially kick off until Wednesday, January 8th, the 2025 cohort got a preview of what's to come when they participated in the "Alumni Advice Workshop" this morning. This workshop is always a favorite, as it is an opportunity for the new founders to listen and learn from our experienced alumni. As many of our alumni founders discussed today, one of the best parts of the GIA is the relationships that are formed—not only between individual cohort members, but between founders across all the cohorts. It was great to see a glimpse of those relationships on the call today, and see the alumni founders provide the new cohort with a better perspective on how to best utilize the 100-Day Program. A huge thank you to Colby Tunick, PMP; Nabil Aidoud; Jim Lewis; Paul H. Richardson, Jr., MA; Regina Jaslow; Zechari T.; Cally Myhrum Watts; and Jake Tamarkin for taking the time to talk with the 2025 cohort today! The Global Insurance Accelerator has the best alumni founders, and we are so grateful for their continued support of our mission. As the GIA team anxiously awaits the arrival of the 2025 cohort (ClaimMentor; Layer 1 Agriculture Inc. (L1A); Name Image Likeness Event Insurance Company (NILE); Serfer AI; Skytree Scientific, Inc.; Spectacle Health; StreamSettle) we want to wish you a great start to 2025! Happy New Year! The New Jersey Association for Justice conference is a wrap! This was our second NJAJ conference to attend and we're already looking forward to the next one. Meghan Shott, CMP, DES, you do such an incredible job facilitating all the moving parts while helping vendors have an immersive experience. What a fantastic wrap to our 2024 conference season. Icing on the cake was staying in the cutest little rental in the cool town of Hoboken, NJ and squeezing in a trip to my all time favorite restaurant called Five Corners in Newark. If you find yourself in Newark area, you must go there!! Can't wait to share what's in store for StreamSettle in the new year! ???? Joe Jones StreamSettle

Our double header in Vegas is a wrap! We landed early on day 1 and dropped our luggage at Vdara where our room wasn't ready, so we changed in the hotel bathroom and raced to InsureTech Connect. There, we instantly found our trusted advisor and first insurtech friend, Lucian Snow. We caught up over a quick lunch and made our rounds for a hot minute before rushing to Caesar’s to get registered for Trial Lawyers University. There we made booth arrangements and ran into one of our favorite lawyers and fellow Houstonian, Rasheed Taylor. Next stop: Paris to catch the pitch competition, where the finalists absolutely crushed their pitches. Cody Eddings, your pitch was phenomenal and we will be taking you up on your offer to help us polish our pitch! Our final stop of the day was back at Caesars for the TLU welcome party. My favorite law conference buddy Audrey Salazar and I bounced around together getting to know new faces while Joe Jones caught up with old industry friends. Day 2 was a blur! We started at TLU where we set up our booth next to the coolest booth neighbors, Kenny and Cam, from Quilia. If you're a plaintiff attorney, you should definitely check them out! Joe spent the rest of the day in classes getting CLE credit and holding down the booth while I zig zagged back and forth between ITC and TLU, tracking a record number of steps on my Oura ring in the three years I’ve had it ?? If you were at ITC, you know what I’m talking about! It was impossible to see everyone I wanted to see, but still worthwhile, filled with fruitful meetings and an awesome session by Tiana Schowe, CPCU, highlighting the keys to being a successful founder. And an added bonus was seeing my sweet friends Audry Torrence and Astrid Malval-Beharry! We rounded out the day with an 80’s themed party back at TLU and turned in early to order door dash. On day 3 we were down to one conference which felt like a vacation. We split our time between the booth and the classroom, where we learned from some of the most brilliant plaintiff attorneys in the country. My favorite thing about TLU is that vendors are encouraged to integrate into the classes and learn from the sessions along with students. This is not only helpful for forming industry relationships but also leads to a deeper understanding of the problems that our users face in their day-to-day practices. We finished strong with a costume party and dinner at Ocean Prime. YUM! Our final day flew by with more learning and networking. The highlight of day 4 was watching our good friend Lingfei (Teddy) Wu's demo of the top AI platform for plaintiff attorneys, Anytime AI. I’ll have to share the story of how we met Teddy another time as it deserves its own post. After the conference we began the journey home to our kiddos. There’s nothing like that post conference high to fuel your next steps as founders. Already gearing up for our next booth at New Jersey Association for Justice- Meadowlands in a few short weeks!
