As we kick off 2025, John Patterson looks back on 2024 to share how it's shaped his vision for the new year. "As interest and shareholdership in Stratum Med continues to surge nationally, we individually and collectively continue to focus on meaningful services and high standards that will support each organization both now and into the future. There is no concept more impactful than recruiting and placing the very best people to lead an organization. While skill and expertise are key, it’s the cultural fit that we feel is the "secret sauce" for our various shareholders. I’m so proud of the hard work, attention to detail, and execution from our Executive Search team at Stratum Med. In 2024 we recruited and placed executives spanning from Chief Executive Offficers to Chief Medical Officers and Chief Human Resource Officers.
