Meet Our Team | John Patterson As Director of Executive Search, John Patterson leads the Executive Search team. For 20+ years Stratum has provided a nationally based recruitment service and offered both shareholders and clients best in market service and insights related to C-Suite and physician leaderships opportunities. This insight includes both large medical groups, integrated healthcare delivery systems, and health plans. Prior to coming to Stratum, John has spent several decades in the recruitment space and brings with him experience in various industries including college athletics, technology, and prior healthcare experience. Along with running the Executive recruiting function, John works with various Stratum partnerships to advance and strengthen relationships that help support the overall Stratum membership. These areas include, but are not limited to, insurance brokerage, third party contracts, and leadership of the human resources collaboration both within Stratum as well as nationally.
