Master… Mark Little, Managing Partner, recently shared his military leadership experiences with Syracuse University’s ROTC department at their year-end ceremony. As he addressed the Cadets, Mark reflected on his early experiences as a young officer thrust into combat in the early 2000s. He emphasized four pivotal leadership tenets he has embraced throughout his career: ???Authenticity ???Top Cover ???Adaptability ???Resilience Using a simple but meaningful analogy, Mark likened leadership training to assembling LEGO? blocks – each piece a lesson, vital and unique. When combined with experience and mentorship, the pieces form the foundation needed to tackle unique leadership challenges. Under the leadership of Matthew Coyne, Professor of Military Science, Syracuse University has consistently developed remarkable leaders who are prepared to guide our nation’s finest Soldiers.
