FP&A leaders believe that financial plan accuracy could be improved through more effective stakeholder collaboration. But, in reality, collaboration is difficult and time-consuming. In a recent survey of over 150 FP&A leaders, we found that only 26% involve stakeholders in both annual planning and reforecast processes. In fact, it’s even worse for teams that haven’t invested in modern FP&A tools.
