In today's dynamic business environment, fractional opportunities offer a unique advantage to companies looking to harness top-tier talent without the long-term commitment of a full-time hire. Whether it’s strategic leadership, project management, operational support, or any level, fractional professionals bring the same depth of expertise and dedication to the table—at a fraction of the cost. Over the past year, I’ve been deeply involved in helping organizations achieve their goals through fractional engagements. It’s been a journey filled with learning, growth, and delivering impactful results. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished, and I believe there is immense value for you to explore this model. If you have a need, consider the flexibility and cost-efficiency of a fractional approach. Let’s connect and see how we can work together to drive success for your organization. https://lnkd.in/eHiaGBVX

Some of the best employees have no prior experience, but didn't everyone at one point have no experience. Someone gave you that chance. https://lnkd.in/eHiaGBVX #missedhireopportunities #parttimecio #parttimechro #parttimecto #fractionalwork

There are a lot of missed opportunities to hire the right people by only worrying about degrees and work experience. If you are a good recruiter, trainer, mentor, or leader, skills can be taught. Let passion, willingness to learn, desire for success and advancement, and drive to do the job be just as important, if not more so than the degree. Be the reason someone is a success and not a statistic.

Has this ha;penned to you? Could be the company’s internal issues they haven’t resolved before they are ready for someone of your caliber. When coming out of the interview(s) you know you are the right person and did all the right things … it wouldn’t have been the right place for you if they can’t see it. Move on to the next opportunity that is right for you. It wasn’t meant to be TODAY.

When the Perfect Fit Doesn’t Get the Job Have you ever gone through multiple interviews, met every requirement, and exceeded expectations, only to be passed over for the role? Perhaps someone with less experience was hired, or the position remained unfilled. Maybe you have never heard back after all your efforts. It’s a familiar and frustrating experience. You did everything right, yet it wasn’t enough. So, what happens next? How do you move forward after being let down by a process you thought you’d mastered? 1. Reflect, Don’t Dwell Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, I ask that you please take a step back. Were there signs that the fit wasn’t right? Maybe the culture didn’t align with your values, or the company wasn’t as stable as it seemed. Reflection can help you realign your job search. 2. Accept the Uncontrollable Not every hiring decision is based on qualifications alone. Internal politics, budgets, or company priorities often play a role. Understanding this eases the emotional burden, reminding you that the decision isn’t always about your abilities. 3. Reframe Rejection Rejection feels personal, but it’s often not. It may be about timing or changes within the company. See it as part of your journey. Every interview sharpens your goals and helps you understand what you truly want. 4. Keep Connections Alive Even if you don’t get the job, maintain positive relationships with the interviewers. A polite follow-up can keep you on their radar for future opportunities. 5. Stay Resilient Rejection isn’t the end—it’s a course correction toward a better opportunity. Stay persistent, refine your skills, and keep an open mind. The right role is out there. Ultimately, the job search is about resilience, adaptability, and skills. Each rejection is a chance to reassess and keep moving forward. Every “no” brings you closer to the “yes” that will make all the difference.

??When a interviewer asks you, “What are your weaknesses” Don’t panic and whatever you do don’t say that you’re a perfectionist! Get an Interviewology Profile that has a full list of interview questions to prepare for www.TheInterviewology.com ? Here are 4 great example answers, ? ?”I sometimes find it difficult to delegate responsibility when I feel I can finish the task well myself. However, when I became manager in my last role, it became critical I learn to delegate tasks. To maintain a sense of control when delegating tasks, I implemented a project management system to oversee the progress of a project. This system enabled me to improve my ability to delegate efficiently." ? ?”Oftentimes, I can be timid when providing constructive feedback to coworkers or managers, out of fear of hurting someone's feelings. However, in my last role, my coworker asked me to edit some of his pieces and provide feedback for areas of improvement. Through my experience with him, I realized feedback can be both helpful and kind when delivered the right way. Since then, I've become better at offering feedback, and I've realized that I can use empathy to provide thoughtful, productive feedback." ? ?”I'm not great at analyzing data or numbers. However, I recognize this flaw can prevent me from understanding how my content is performing online. In my last role, I set up monthly meetings with the SEO manager to discuss analytics and how our posts were performing. Additionally, I received my Google Analytics certificate, and I make it a point to analyze data related to our blog regularly. I've become much more comfortable analyzing data through these efforts." ? ?”Public speaking makes me nervous. While I don't need to do much public speaking in my role as a web designer, I still feel that it's an important skill — especially when I want to offer my opinion during a meeting. To combat this, I spoke with my manager and she recommended I speak at each team meeting for a few minutes about our project timeline, deadlines, and goals when developing a website for a client. This practice has enabled me to relax and see public speaking as an opportunity to help my team members do their jobs effectively." #howtoanswerinterviewquestions?#Jobinterivew?#jobinterviewquestions??#jobsearch?#weaknesses
