🎶 Congratulations to our East County Strings students on a beautiful concert last night! Each year, through Strathmore’s Bloom initiative, hundreds of middle schoolers receive tuition-free, after-school coaching from professional instrumentalists. The program culminates in a powerful, large-scale public performance—and last night was one to remember! We were proud to celebrate both the students' incredible dedication and the 10th anniversary of East County Strings with a Gala Concert at the Music Center. Special thanks to Montgomery County Councilmember Andrew Friedson for joining us and showing his support for arts education in our community!

When Equity Arc's concert for young BIPOC classical musicians with members of the U.S. Marine Band was canceled, we were honored to provide a space for these talented students to share their music with 60 MINUTES— and the world. Supporting young artists, fostering mentorship, and championing equity in the arts are central to our mission. We’re proud to stand alongside organizations like Equity Arc to create opportunities that uplift and inspire.
