What did you learn in 2024 and how are you going to respond? A lot happened in 2024. That’s true for all of us. And it’s likely that you’re still processing all of last year’s developments and challenges and sorting out what is and isn’t important. If you are a business owner, the 1st Quarter is a great time to take stock of the developments – positive and negative – that impacted the business and its employees in 2024. Undoubtedly, there are changes that you will want to make to your HR policies and processes, your recruiting practices and the way you communicate with staff during 2025. Here are a few things to think about: -What direct feedback have you had from employees and what does it tell you about the things you need to stop or start doing? -How about frontline managers? Have you gotten feedback from them and does it match employee feedback? -Was an employee survey conducted? If so, have you taken action based on survey results.
