The discussions highlighted how Pipeline Project Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring #decisionquality in drug development, particularly as AI begins to replace administrative tasks and turbocharge project managers in future. To consistently deliver high-quality decisions that drive R&D productivity, we must strengthen the human factor, today. This will ensure clarity and alignment across teams: > Framing decisions clearly by communicating challenges, goals, and priorities effectively. > Driving creative alternatives by fostering cross-functional input and alignment. > Empowering project managers with time and space for thoughtful evaluation, enabling them to prioritize strategic insights alongside execution.
