Deep Tech: cutting-edge tech driven by scientific breakthroughs. Bringing it to market and to bear the impact it can on the world takes more capital, time and talent than innovating in established markets. Product strategy is the discipline that establish the way to direct and derive value from deep tech innovation while reducing risks and managing the complexity. Product strategy has three key components: Strategic Vision: Establishing a clear and compelling vision is crucial for aligning your team and stakeholders. It’s about understanding the long-term impact of your technology and setting a trajectory that guides all efforts towards a common goal. Without a focused vision that aligns the team your R&D will be prolific but unsustainable long term. Creativity and invention needs an anchor. Product Roadmap: This is your blueprint for turning vision into reality. A well-defined roadmap outlines the development stages, key milestones, and timelines, ensuring that every step taken is purposeful and directed towards achieving the strategic vision. What differentiates this roadmap from a tactical plan is how it incorporates the strategic direction of your customers. It relies on your team having insights on how your customer is evolving and what innovations will help them achieve their goals too. Platform Opportunity: Deep tech ventures often have the unique advantage of creating foundational technologies that can serve as platforms for multiple applications. This aspect of the strategy focuses on leveraging the IP depth to unlock new market opportunities and drive sustainable growth. Partnerships are a key aspect to unlocking platform opportunities, allowing your company to continue focusing on R&D while also expanding into multiple markets. By integrating these three elements—vision, roadmap, and platform opportunity—deep tech companies can capitalize on their innovative edge and utilize their talent and IP to expand and drive new sources of revenue. For those following AI in Healthcare topics - a small but important piece of news to pay attention to: big changes in leadership at the newly established Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). ARPA-H is an interesting new agency focused on advancing promising solutions to intractable problems in our healthcare system. Among those problems are the ridiculous complexity and high cost of clinical trials and medical research. ARPA-H is modeled after DARPA and is intended to be more agile and focused than general research funding focused NIH. The fact that the director is being replaced gives me confidence that the agency is here to stay but that the strategy and priorities might change. Ariana Smetana, Chris Budihas, David C. Because of this, we have the skills to do critical foundational work in developing marketing materials that are necessary for new businesses and new technologies. This even includes SEO and Video Production - tools that are essential for any 21st century marketing project. To develop his skills and continue adding value, our Marketing Analyst Dmitry Tyshlek took on an independent project with a small business in Calgary. Read the case study below.

Recently, I had the chance to work on a project for a small business, MaxCleanZone, a residential and commercial window and gutters cleaning and pressure washing service in Alberta, Canada. Although the business has been growing steadily, it struggled with online visibility. When you searched for window cleaning services in Calgary, MaxCleanZone was buried behind over 120 other businesses, and when you searched for gutter cleaning or pressure washing, you could not find the company at all! Using Wix, I focused on improving the website in four key areas: * Organizing the site to make navigation easier for visitors. * Adding labeled images to showcase the services and improve SEO. * Optimizing the mobile version so it was functional and user-friendly. * Completing Wix’s SEO Checklist to improve search rankings. These simple changes made a big difference. The website jumped to ranks 25-35 for all key services, and within two weeks, MaxCleanZone started receiving inquiries through the site for the first time. This experience reinforced how much small, thoughtful changes can impact a business’s online presence. If your website isn’t getting the engagement you need, these steps might be worth exploring. If you are struggling with gaining traction for your website, feel free to reach out to me. I would love to help you grow your business!

We are fortunate to collaborate with leading thinkers in a cross-section of Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, and AI. We had productive discussions about AI use cases with a fellow CEO, business strategist at StratCraft Partners, and biomedical engineer, Dasha Tyshlek. Her in-depth research and extensive conversations with medical professionals featured at https://lnkd.in/gdBEMY_B, showcasing many critical success factors, such as: ? “Innovators developing AI for healthcare need to be cognizant of the importance of designing for workflow integration, the strain on doctors from technologies that are poorly designed, the competition for clinical champions, and a growing desire for well-defined business justifications for any new technologies.” Our views were in complete alignment with making AI solutions user-centric and bringing business value. The key intersections between us are centered around the following focus we bring into the picture with our work at AccelIQ.digital: 1. User-Centric AI Solutions Design ?? Key Takeaway: The importance of creating AI tools that directly address user challenges. Our Relevant Bespoke Solution: ? Customized Data Workflow Automation for Enhanced Medical Decision-Making ?? For a healthcare client, we developed a bespoke AI solution that automates patient data integration across disparate systems, reducing manual errors and giving medical professionals immediate access to actionable insights. ???? Our user-centric design philosophy ensures that AI adapts to the workflow rather than requires users to adapt to the technology. 2. Foundation in Regulatory Compliance ?? Key Takeaway: Ensuring adherence to strict regulations when implementing AI in sensitive industries like healthcare. Our Relevant Bespoke Solution: ?? AI-Powered Compliance Monitoring Tools We designed an AI-driven compliance tracker for a financial services client, enabling real-time monitoring of regulatory requirements. ???? We translated this approach to healthcare, and we ensure that AI implementations meet data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA compliance) by embedding secure data protocols, encryption, and audit trails into our solutions. 3. Seamless Integration and Change Management ?? Key Takeaway: Addressing the challenges of incorporating AI into existing workflows. Our Relevant Bespoke Solution: ?? Change-Driven AI Deployment Strategies For a manufacturing client, we integrated predictive maintenance AI tools into their legacy systems without disrupting operations. ???? Likewise, our solutions ensure smooth adoption for healthcare through intuitive interfaces, robust training programs, and pilot rollouts, minimizing resistance and ensuring that the AI supports rather than disrupts existing workflows. #AI #healthcaresolutions #integrations

Analytics improve marketing ROI. Its a fact. But making sense of data from many different channels and campaigns is overwhelming for #CMOs and #MarketingVPs. Smaller teams can't afford a full time data person. This is why Dmitry Tyshlek on our team is spearheading developing data services specifically tailored for marketing leaders. Our goal is to ensure that major pain points are addressed: poor data quality, data integration, and most importantly, reliable and thoughtful analysis and story telling that would stand up to the scrutiny at an executive meeting.
